  1. this video feels like the type you send to a friend with bro just watch this once and suddenly both of you are discussing it for the next hour 😭

  2. hey so what do I need to get started on a homelab for home assistant I know I need a computer and the os itself (which I have but problem is I’m using virtual box on my main laptop to run it and I don’t want my main laptop to run 24/7 especially if things go wrong on it and I need to restart it, or am testing something that needs like a quick power off or a quick little reset. so I am gonna get a mini pc maybe withing 2-3 weeks hopefully.) but I don’t know what else I would need or should get. plus if I wanna get other things in my homelab I do not know how I would do that. I’m rather new and have been searching things up but they don’t feel like they are explaining exacly WHAT to start out with and HOW to start out with it. I’ve seen your videos and watched a good few and I can say I feel confident in trusting you with knowing these things and knowing how to tell somebody what to and how to start out with things. I have always loved tech though problem was I did NOT at all have that much thought into just messing with stuff and thinking “oh I can do this” also didn’t help that my high school I went to had serious issues after covid hit and had very little extra classes (I found out that last year they LITERALLY brought in SO MUCH tech related things that wasn’t like computer science but actual computer engineering and man was I pissed when they brought it out THE YEAR AFTER I GRADUATED) so yeah for the past couple weeks I’ve just been trying to figure things out since right now I can’t go to college cuz of money issues because I wanna go to college for my computer engineering but for now I might as well learn SOMETHING thats alot cheaper then college.
